TCL Canada Warranty Information

TCL Canada stands behind every product we sell. All TCL products sold in Canada come with a manufacturer's limited warranty.

Standard Warranty Coverage

  • TCL Televisions: 1-year limited warranty on parts and labour
  • TCL Sound Bars: 1-year limited warranty
  • TCL Mobile Phones & Tablets: 1-year limited warranty
  • TCL Monitors: 3-year limited warranty (parts and labour)
  • TCL Home Comfort Appliances: 1-year parts and labour; compressor coverage varies by model

What's Covered

The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. TCL will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product at no charge during the warranty period.

What's Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, or normal wear and tear.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please visit our support portal at support.tcl.com/ca or contact our customer support team. Please have your proof of purchase and product serial number ready.

Note: Proof of purchase from an authorized Canadian retailer is required for all warranty claims.
